Standard products
For a standard item bought at a distance, notify your withdrawal within 14 days starting the day after receipt, without giving a reason. Email a clear statement to bijoumaey@gmail.com. You then have 14 days after notification to return the item.
Truly personalised work
A cutter made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from withdrawal. A standard model made after order or an ordinary choice of option is not automatically exempt. Any exception will be clearly identified before commitment.
Condition and return costs
Pack the cutter securely and identify the order. Direct return costs for a change of mind will be stated before purchase. Ask the studio for return instructions before posting to its professional correspondence address. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product may create liability.
Refund
Where withdrawal is valid, the refund includes the amounts due and the initial standard delivery under applicable law. It is made within 14 days of withdrawal notice but may be deferred until the item or proof of shipment is received. The original payment method is used unless another fee-free method is agreed.
Fault or mismatch
For damage, defects or a wrong item, email bijoumaey@gmail.com with the model and photos where possible. Statutory guarantees apply independently of withdrawal.
