These proposed terms concern the future sale of Bijoumaey polymer clay cutters. The selection of models and preparation of an email are neither an order nor a commitment. The terms will be finalised before sales open.

Products and prototypes
The proposed cutters are for polymer clay jewellery, not food. Earrings, clay and findings shown in concept images are not included unless a final product sheet says so. Before sales open, each sheet will specify cutting and tool dimensions, material, quantity, intended use, availability and images of validated prototypes.
Prices and quotations
Indicative prices excluding delivery: €8.90 for one simple shape; €14.90 for a left/right pair; €18.90 for a sculptural pair. Bespoke work starts at €39 for one shape or €49 for a pair. Prototyping and the applicable VAT treatment may change these amounts. An email enquiry is free and carries no obligation. The quote will specify products, quantities, total price in euros, applicable VAT treatment, delivery charges, timing and period of validity.
Orders and payment
This site currently accepts no orders or payments. Once sales open, the order steps, available payment methods and confirmation on a durable medium will be shown before payment.
Bespoke work
A bespoke quote will describe the approved drawing, dimensions, quantities, tests, possible revisions, timing and any requested exclusivity. The customer must have permission to use any supplied drawing. Feasibility depends on review and tests. An enquiry grants no exclusivity.
Preparation and delivery
Production time is separate from transit time. The Delivery page shows indicative public carrier rates by country for parcels up to 500 g. The quote will confirm the destination, available service, final charges, any tracking and the delivery date or period before an order. Jewellery delivery offers on Bijoumaey.com do not apply here.
Withdrawal and returns
For a standard item bought at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify withdrawal clearly by emailing bijoumaey@gmail.com. Direct return costs will be announced before purchase. Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for an exception, which will be stated before commitment. Making a standard model after an order does not by itself remove withdrawal rights.
Legal guarantees and complaints
Statutory conformity and hidden-defect protections apply. For a defect or error, email the order reference, a description and photos if possible. Detailed regulatory guarantee information will be included before sales open.
Consumer mediation
After an unresolved written complaint, a consumer may contact the designated consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator’s name, address and website still need to be provided before any sale.
